Not a bad KFC but it definitely has its moments, the toilets are pretty disgusting most of the time and the staff are typical kids so you can't expect them to do a good job all the time, if you did have a issue with one of the workers you wouldn't even be able to get there name as I've noticed the boys and girls like to swap name tags for laughs..
For example every girl will be wearing boys names and the boys wearing girls. This doesn't bother me but, it kinda defeats the purpose of even having them in the first place.

Great service with friendly staff that are very efficient and happy to serve me. Each time I go there, I always have a great experience and the food is always hot and fresh tasting. I look forward to my next trip.

I was really disappointed with my purchase tooday.
The 3 piece feed contained 3 wings, the large box of chips was 3/4 full. The strips tasted old and stale. This is unacceptable., people pay good money for food nt rubbish.

David is absolutely the best. amazing customer service, even though the store was closing he still let us through, literally a legend. also maya has amazing customer service, the staff there are so so nice

I am a regular customer of this kfc.
I am often served by a team member who I have recently found outs name is Zac.
Every time I come in Zac takes my order with genuine kindness and care.
He will always take his time to carefully explain the menu to me

if i could give zero star i would…. i ordered via Menulog. i ordered a zinger box and instead i got a wings combo. i was like fuggeddaboutit and just decided to eat it anyway because i know how hard hospo can be ( i probably would have done the same thing). but i took a bite from the wing and it was just fully raw :((. i ate about 3 of them i’m worried

Hot day and long trip ahead, so needed something cold cold cold. The slushies at KFC are one of my favourites. They aren’t too sweet and the sizes are perfect. I use my own straw however.
The wrap was nicely warm with not too much mayo and plenty of crispy chicken. The hot chips were as always - fabulous.
Nice store in Thornbury. Good parking. Wheelchair accessible and kid friendly. Thank you to the staff who did a great job during a busy period.

Went to the store 7.30 friday night , 20 for 20, WOEFUL nuggets sooo thin and dry ,strips small hardley coated with crumbs and left a chemical taste in my mouth , thru half it in the bin , first time customer at this location and will be the last
