Kfc

Policy states you cannot do more than two orders through drive thru. They closed the lobby at 9:30pm last night so we had no choice to go through the drive thru. However, when we asked the drive thru lady how we could do 3 orders since the lobby was closed she began to get rude with us. I will not put money into a business that doesn’t care about their customers. Wish I could rate 0 stars.🙄

My family & I went to KFC in Thomasville, NC and like the last 3 times we've tried eating at this location, the staff says they do not have any crispy chicken available & will not have original chicken ready for 18 mins!!! THIS IS A CHICKEN RESTAURANT FOR GOODNESS SAKE!! THIS RESTAURANT NEEDS TO REVIEW THE STAFF THEY HAVE WORKING THERE. WE WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION.

This is the WORST KFC I have ever been to in the entire USA. This store needs to be shut down. The employees there are rude, lazy, and incompetent. The managers are never to be seen or they ignore you. The phone is always busy or no one answers. You don't get any kind of greeting when you enter or when you order. These pictures where taken at 8pm and they don't close till 10pm. There is never any food ready. Other people besides myself walking out because they were told no more biscuits and couldn't cook more. I tried to place an order ( which I have ordered before and is advertised on the window) and was told they have worked there for 2 months and they have never sold boneless chicken breast (again as advertised on their window and on TV. After we were told that, we were left in the lobby not to be spoken to again!!! I am sorry, but I DO NOT WANT TO EAT AT AN ESTABLISHMENT WHERE I DO NOT FEEL WELCOMED! At the KFC in Thomasville, NC i do not feel welcomed there!!!!

I'm new to Thomasville, so this is my 1st and last visit to this KFC. Ordered 8 piece dinner and we waited 15 minutes for it which was fine but what wasn't fine is when we got home we noticed we were short a mashed potato but we had 2 gravies that wasn't even 1/4 of the way filled. Like 3 or 4 tablespoon in each. That had to be done on purpose.

Family stopped by around 1:30pm for a late lunch. Walked inside to eat and dining room was empty. No one at the counter so I was finally able to make eye contact with a gentleman working the kitchen who said someone will be there shortly. Young lady approached the register about 3 minutes later who clearly had no desire to be working at KFC on a Saturday afternoon. Wife meanwhile searched for a clean table and was finally able to find one crumb and spill free. Most hadn't been cleaned for some reason although place was empty. Order was correct so I did give them 2 stars.

If I could give zero stars I would, placed a pick up order for 5:30 p.m. My sister arrives to pick it up and they state that they made the order hours prior when I placed the order and had the nerve to get attitude with them! TERRIBLE service and they need to hire people who actually want to work and stop hiring deadbeats who just want a paycheck. We will never give them our business again.
