Terrible is the nicest thing I can say. ALWAYS getting the order wrong. I am allergic to sour cream and they always seem to mistake NO sour cream for extra sour cream. Always rude and slow service. Hadn't been for a while and thought I would give them another chance in the new building. Don't think the building was the problem...

I like to try a place several times before I have anything to write about it. That way, I'm not judging on a possible bad day. But, this is not the case. For the last few times I went and dined in, the experience has been below par. Everything from waiting on food for an hour or more, to rude/lazy employees, to poor food quality, to mixing up orders, forgetting items, to unsanitary conditions, and even down to an uneasy atmosphere. I give two stars because I see the few employees trying to do their job, try to make things work. However, that's not enough. It's bad, when I see a group get shorted food that ordered before me, after giving me a wrong order while waiting over an hour, and a big order that was paid for and never made untill confronted by the customer. I did go back a few more times to be sure, only to be met with similar, not as severe, conditions. I hope that this can be resolved, I do like Taco Bell.

Don’t do it guys. Terrible service. Kids on their phones. Maybe no staff? Ordered a Crunchwrap. Pulled around to parking where 8 other cars were parked waiting. Waited 15 min & nobody got food so I left. 8 cars still waiting in parking & four in the drive thru. Thomaston should do way better. Anybody know the store operator?

The people that work here are rude and immature. You cannot even come through the drive thru to place a order without them either rudely taking your order or laughing In the background while you’re placing your order. It’s as if they get irritated the moment you pull up to the speaker. My order is almost never right. My overall review on this place is that it’s not professional at all.
