I was a CKD patient suffering from Autoimmune disease for a year. I was on dialysis. The dialysis unit of Jupiter Hospital is amazing. The staff is well trained and professional. They follow the top notch hygiene and safety measures. I was under the supervision of Dr Niwruti Hase and Dr Aniket Hase. Under their guidance I gained my confidence. I underwent Kidney Transplant under their supervision. My mother was the donor. The whole process was very smooth right from the start to the discharge. The nursing staff took great care. I did not face any minor issue during my stay in the hospital. They took great care of me and I recovered very fast. Thanks to the brilliant team of doctors and the staffs I am leading a normal life today. 😀

Great facilities and instant medical help. Overall treatment is good. The services were good and the staff and doctors were excellent in all ways. Thanks to them everything was great. Very good treatment and the doctors are very friendly to us as well as the staff members are always nice and friendly whenever I go for my monthly check up everyone takes great care. My experience in the Jupiter hospital as a kid was very good all thanks to the staff and the doctors who never let me felt like an patient.

My wife and I were at Jupiter hospital for chemo and stem cell transplant treatment for Acute Myeloid Leukemia. From the interaction even before we left our country, to the pickup at the airport by a senior admin of the International Patient Service Department, excellent convenient accommodation at the adjacent Fortune hotel, the friendly courteous staff - the medical team (Nurses and Doctors, Dietician etc), housekeeping and particularly the personal, consistent diligent efforts of the International Patient Service Department Team to ensure all our needs are met made us to feel like we were among family and not just visitors! We did not feel like the complete strangers that we were. This very warm and personal attention, with the professional care recieved made a lasting impact on us. Jupiter hospital is a place I will recommend to anyone. They truly exemplify their motto of “Patient First”. I thank God for the almost six months spent there and will forever be grateful for providing the very best possible healthcare service that kept my wife alive (by God’s Grace and Blessing) and have us return back home safely.

We consulted the doctors at Jupiter Hospital Thane for various issues following an accident at work. Very happy with the treatment, consultation, and facilities. Had been here for preventive health check up for which they have a separate section unlike other hospitals where testing rooms are spread across various floors. They have adequate staff to guide you through the process. Reporting time was 7:30 and almost all tests in their Silver package were complete by 1 pm. However the reports take time and were available by 3pm and Physicians appointment was accordingly scheduled at 04:30 pm which is a disadvantage for candidates living at far away parts of city. Physician Dr. Dhanashri was very practical and kept consultation simple with adequate time to go through reports and queries. Breakfast at Rainbow was complimentary and had a wide range of options with a very neat and clean facility.

I am genuinely grateful for the outstanding neuro-rehab services I received. The dedicated team's expertise and personalized approach in combination with state of the art mobility machines and equipment really helped in improving my balance and mobility. Their commitment to my progress and the supportive environment made my journey quite positive.. Highly recommend their compassionate care.

Probably the best hopital in Thane and one of the best in and around Mumbai. Big sized hospital with qualified and experienced medical, para medical and non medical staff. Their policy of Patient First is followed sincerely by all concerned. Birthing suites require special mention for uniqueness. Cafeterias and a restaurant serve healthy tasty and affordable food items. Only hospital amongst many I have seen, having a valet parking facilty. Highly recommended in case of ( God forbid) any illness in the family.
