It's been here for years and they have always served the best quality cakes and pastries. The only thing is the lack of seating arrangement at the shop. One can also order online and collect the cake for the shop. Overall this cake shop is better than the others in the area, like Ribbons & Balloons that just opened.

I buyed a rainbow cake.. It was totally unfresh and was sour to taste .. This my 2nd time to experience the same .. I just recommend that if you cost it so much you should provide the product in same manner... try to keep fresh cakes.<br/>

I walked into Monginis today a bit apprehensive as over a period of time I have started preferring ribbons and balloons and hangout over monginis. But today due to time paucity, I said let me try. I found a very nice tempting ferrero rocher cake which I happily purchased only to deal with an extremely rude and unfriendly staff as well as the owner! For me the product as well as service matters and it’s just not acceptable!

Monginis one of the best and popular cake shop in town. We appreciate with the presentation. And test wise always good. But the staff are root. They don't know how to behave in customer. We are regular in monginis. I thought they were not ready to help. They don't have change .i will stand 10min for chage . We order 1kg cake and I asked I will regular do you have discount. They also know we are regular .the manager told us no discount right now. This kind of word they used . Even no candle no knife.<br/><br/>But Robin balloon are given extra attention for regular customer. They provide candle or knife as well in cake. <br/>Thanks monginis team. Will not come back again.

Everything is good. The taste of cakes and other stuff is awesome. But, make new desserts once a blue moon. And they run out of stock very quickly. That is why you don't get to eat, what you want. Rest everything is fine

I'm a regular visitor at this outlet since it is very close to my home. Their dutch pastry, choco balls, choco lava cake and alpine choco rocks cake is my favorite here.<br/>Also, they've good chocolate bouquets❤
