Food, service and the ambience is fantastic. Downside - We went in for the dinner buffet - pricing was steep - when compared with the spread offered by the usual buffet restaurant.

A wonderful restaurant that dishes out scrumptious food with unabated consistency. Everything from taste, range, quality, pricing and ambience are perfect. The restaurant serves Indian, Chinese and continental varieties whilst preserving individual flavors well. It exudes a vibrant vibe and the staff here is extremely courteous. The service is great.

The food was good and the staff was well trained and friendly. The only reason I am not giving it a 5 star is because we had to wait a lot after ordering food l. Other than that a big thing mbs up

One of my favorite places to visit in Thane, been here quite a lot and it's never disappointed even once. Possibly the best spot in the city to get continental food but the traditional mughlai and pan-Indian cuisine is amazing as well.

Vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian food was very delicious. Personally enjoyed all starters and especially the desserts. Service was prompt.

We were here for a buffet and it was really awesome... both veg and non veg... Food is very tasty and soul satisfying... We met Alan.. he is very kind and always smiling.. He pays attention and checks if we need anything... Thank you for a wonderful experience...

We were just looking for normal restraunt and Google suggested this.. Palates is not easy to find its inside Satkar residency. The hotel is very awesome and the table setting was too good. Staff there was also polite, well educated. We didn't eat much and ordered mutton shorba and Mutton bhuna Ghosh which was very very tasty. It is little heavy on pocket but bearable considering the taste and ambience and experience......
