Burger King

i firstly wanna say that this place really needs to choose their employees wisely. went up there tonight through the drive thru, granted it was around 11 and i understand that it was the end of their shift but i feel its very important that the customer feels satisfied and happy 100%. this lady did NOT do this, before we entered the drive thru we overheard her with the customer before, giving them the same treatment we were given.. the lady was very rude and had the worst attitude and tone ive honestly ever encountered. when we pulled to the window she continued to be rude on the headset to the next customer and was rolling her eyes while taking orders. overall, very poor work ethic and also the chicken nuggets we ordered were overcooked and smelled terrible like they sat in the grease for too long. Am not happy with my experience

Lady we had tonight on the Box was epic very patient for all 5 meals I had... Lady at the window was super sweet and very accommodating... We had to wait for our food to be fresh for us today which was great in itself but totally worth the money and the wait... Kudos to the kitchen staff too they were on point! Was so fresh we still had to wait! Overall it was a great experience! I prefer this location above the rest in Texarkana

I work here at the Burger King state line and 4th Street in Texarkana Arkansas the manager miss Karen is a very beautiful person she's very helpful respectful considerate and caring it's Mass having a job where you feel like you're part of the family the employees work as a team and is always there to lend a helping hand a smile
