as usual, it tastes great. the food is served very quickly, and the board keeps you up-to-date about where your food is. however, almost half of the drive-ins are always out of order. it is very inconvenient. also, the ones that DO work always have some kind of an error. sometimes, i cant hear the worker that is talking to me, or they cant hear me. sometimes, the button doesnt work. and there have been a few times where my order has been completely forgotten. but i still come here, because i still love this place.

Other Sonics are better. Went there and the card machine was down. Maybe letting you customers know this ahead of time would help. Wasted my lunch break waiting for ever. Then when the food finally came, no cards. Never going back to that one.

This is general for Sonic. My burger today didnt taste fresh, kind wierd like old meat. Same as last time. But last time from Sonic in Hooks it was inedible and I had to throw it out. This one was edible. If your gonna eat at Sonic, I'd stick to snacks or chicken. Love those and their drinks but burgers are just kinda gross.

Rude employees and horrible customer service. The lady who answered the intercom couldn’t hear me so I spoke up then she wanted to proceed to get an attitude because I spoke up due to her not being able to hear me the 2 times that I spoke to her. Needs better employees with a better attitude and better customer service experience.

Not sure why the Grape Slush tasted so bad, but wish I would have found that out before pulling away. At least the coneys were fresh.

They were so fast and had our order out and right in less than 5 min. It was busy, busy lunch time too. Both sonics in texarkana are understaft but very efficient. Good work guys. 5$ tip from me. Yes! That's hard to get from me!
