The food was wonderful! I don’t understand where all the bad reviews are coming from, but I very much enjoyed my food! The woman at the window was so very kind and both my father and I loved the fish. I was given plenty of sauce and the hush puppies were delicious. I only came here because I work at Braum’s and we don’t have any fish products— was very pleasantly surprised!! <33 Wonderful experience

Worst Long John Silvers ever. Employees are horrible, specifically the girl in the drive through. Sat at the intercom for 10 mins and decided to drive up to the window to find her playing on her phone. Finally took my order once I got home (25 min drive) turned out to be the wrong order, didn’t give me any condiments after I asked her for some. The corn was very salty. Money down the drain. Ordered the grilled salmon with shrimp. Got pieces of salmon no shrimp. Salty corn and soggy fries. Which I didn’t even order fries. I ordered coleslaw.

Ordered lobster bites by themselves and the meal, both were good tasting buttery and crispy but I only got 5 lobster bites in the meal and 5 in the order by themselves and if you think this is bad wait till you see how small they are, were talking at most they are the size of a quarter. They taste great just needs some price adjustment for the quantity.

Now I know why I stopped going to Long John Silver’s in Terrell, Texas. The food was awful, fish was dried out & cold, hush puppies were so hard you could play hockey & use them as the puck. The shrimp was okay, but cold & the batter was falling off of them. I hope someone can go in & fix the problem.

I haven't been to a Long John Silver's or this location in particular in over 20 years. This visit was at the Terrell Texas location 02-08-2022 around 1:00PM. I ordered the #10 (2 fish, 6 shrimp, 2 sides). I got extra hush puppies because I remembered them being very good and cole slaw. The fish, shrimp and hush puppies were entirely to greasy. To the point that you didn't want to lick your fingers because grease was dripping off of them. Everything was hot and moist, but just to greasy. Like they reheated it in grease or the grease wasn't hot enough and soaked into the food when cooked. The other person I was with ordered the same, except got french fries and cole slaw as sides. The cole slaw and french fries were actually very good. The inside of the building could use some sprucing up, it's beginning to look it's age and outdated. The staff were nice and very polite from our short interactions with them. I will not be going back to this location or probably any other Long John Silver's any time soon. I hope they make some changes in the near future to the way they prepare there food.

Well let me tell ya, I seldom pass up a Long John Silvers for lunch because they are so few and far between. So we stop in at the drive-thru and order two platters by the number (2 different numbers) the line is slow because the food is on point and everyone wants some. We get to the pickup window and the lady tells me the total and it’s way to little. I asked her if that amount was for both platters and then she said no you only ordered one. So I stated “No ma’am, I ordered this number and this number” and she rolls her eyes and tells her partners to drop more shrimp and then apologizes to them and her body language tells me she is upset with me. I am sorry she felt that way, but where is the customer service? Sorry I will rethink a second visit here.
