Waffle House

1st let me say the food tasted great... But service and cleanliness, wow, NOPE. We went at 5am on the way home. There were 4 employees and when we got there us, and 3 others people all of them finishing up their meals. One server was sitting and we didn't even see our server at 1st until another one told her we were there after waiting a while. She walked down after the other took our order having us restate it twice so she could write it down. Never came back to check on us past a drink refill when getting food. Was again sitting when we wanted to pay out. Was told by cook, are you going? Floors and tables everywhere we're filthy see photos. Nothing was cleaned outside kitchen while we were there.

We have been to Waffle houses all over the country and this is the worst. They took our order told us one price and charged us another. Order was incorrect and the meat on our order is starting to spoil, food is way to greasy. Called them 5-6 times and no one will answer bc they employees are too busy standing outside with thumbs in their rears and cigarettes in the other hand.

Got my order wrong twice while ordering in store. Was told there were no hash browns available. Just to find out hash browns were available as the person behind me ordered and recieved hash browns…. Overall won’t return, server seemed clueless. Cook seemed annoyed with servers cluelessness. Save time and just go to whataburger or dennys

Came here in March 2021. Small little hole in the wall but huge on customer service! They have booths separated by plexiglass. Stool area has sis seats but is limited to 2 seats. Face covering required. Culturally diverse staff and customer base. Nice! Surprised to see a juke box. 😊 Went inside and placed an order-to-go. Took a minute but was worth the wait.

The service to cook everybody was very friendly there in Hawaii play one above and beyond to make sure our food was right the quality of service was amazing best visit ever out of Waffle House who was so good you didn't want to stop eating when you're was full it was clean they were nice they were there laughs very pleasant event we travel back in this area would love to visit again with recommended to the best of the best
