Made it here at i would say 9:08 its now 9:22 only received half ny order i dont know how u mess up and give me only half been waiting 15min just to get onion rings and cheese sticks which is the rest of the order. I used to work wt Sonic so I know for w fact it doesny take this long soooooo freaking ridiculous.

Like most restaurants they have their days...they try but there is so much one can do with little staffing to work with. Sometimes there's only 2 ppl on a weekend.
Poor associates...they try and most are very friendly. But stress can turn a smile upside down real quick so I understand y the few that aren't so friendly are the way they are...good job to the staff and I pray yall get help soon!

Burgers are always fresh. Pretzels quality is worse, used to be perfect but now either soaked in butter or too dry.

It took a while to get three sweet teas. But found out that they were low staffed & only had 1 carhop. It was ok.

The girl that took my order and delivered my food just now could REALLY use an attitude adjustment. They didn't get the size of my items correct, but I didn't even ask them to fix it bc they were SO rude about taking my order!

This place varies so much its hard to keep up with it!!! Last trip was good, of course I only ordered one item so it was kind of hard to mess that up! They are usually friendly, which is a nice thing.

This isn't our first or second time going to this location so I should know better. We had NEVER had a good experience here. They even get the slushies wrong. This particular chicken strip dinner was hard, burned, and cold even though we waited extra time for it. I will never go back

Horrible service waited over 20 minutes and no one even took our order .We asked if anyone was taking orders and they said they are short staffed absolutely ridiculous they had worker looking out the windows. We finally left and went somewhere else . Something needs to change.
