Staff are good but queues at busy times. Fortunately Nero staff happily serve cappuccinos at any time of day (whereas most Italian baristas disdain serving such milk-heavy after 11:00) and with sprinkles!

A nice Caffè Nero in the high street, the service was good and so is the food. Comfy seating, especially by the window, we ordered a Latte, Cappuccino and a Black Americano. All drinks for delicious and the Latte came with a design on which was nice to see. Don't always get Latte art sometimes plus we had a Chicken & Pesto Lattice which I recommend. A great place to have a coffee & food!

Particularly like sitting upstairs. Quiet. Good place to work. Coffee is strong but staff happy to adjust milk etc. Cinnamon buns yummy.

A welcoming corner coffee shop in the heart of Tenterden. Comfortable chairs to relax in and some great pastries.

Popped into grab a coffee whilst I was waiting for my car to be washed.
Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive.
Considering it was a Sunday they were well staffed and I was impressed with the speed of service.
It is quite a large caffé with ample seating, both soft relaxing chairs and standard tables. I was suitably impressed with the overall cleanliness and hygiene.
Coffee range is extensive as are the cakes, pastries and snacks, prices are very competitive and I thought it was good value for money.
Definitely recommended if you want to grab a coffee and something to eat.
