Always stop at this location on my way home or passing on the way somewhere. Stopped by this morning and it took a minute to order (lady had to change out battery to her headset...I understand that). Finally ordered and they had to restart the mocha machine (I understand that) so had to pull up and wait. Waited for a bit and finally got my Hot Mocha! Manager bought it out to me and even took care of my Christmas Pie for me! 😊 Thank you guys for service and communication well done!

Usually this McDonald's by my opinion is one of the better ones. Food wise fresher. But lately I'm always getting somewhat cold fries for sure sitting a while before I get them. And with them being such a popular item you would think they would always be hot. It ruined my whole meal. Truth. 😒

This McDonalds was short staffed, as is everyone everywhere these days. There were only 3 employees when we came in. Our family is large and we are used to the wait so we were not bothered. They gave a great hustle and even the manager was cooking in the kitchen. Especially pleasing was that I ordered one cheeseburger-no bun. Most restaurants forget the cheese. These guys did not. Hands down, this is the best McDonalds staff we have seen in a long time. Their teamwork and customer service was amazing. Fantastic hustle!

Absolutely noone inside dining. Counted 11 employees that I could see. Most were absolutely doing nothing, including the manager/assistant manager. 15 minutes for a regular cheeseburger to go. Once down the road and after all that, it was cold. This store should be shut down for poor service like this. Zero work ethic at this location, starting from the top and all the way down👎

Service while ordering was great and the food was hot. The woman taking my order was sooo sweet and really deemed to be happy to be working there. My only complaint is when the young girl handed me my food through the window, she told me she didn't put my sweetener in my coffee, but she did put in the creamer. She said "I hope that's ok." At this point, I had no option, as I was holding all of my order....in the drive through. I then specifically asked for a drinking straw and the same girl asked if I meant a straw for stirring the coffee. I again said drinking straw, and she again questioned me. I had to ask a third time before she got the point. I then had to pull forward and add the sweetener that she didn't put in to begin with. Next time I'll just sit in the line and make everyone else wait. Do better guys. Do better.

It was so weird, my maps navigated me to a different McDonald's down the road 2 miles, I stopped at this one accidentally and the manager brought me my drink. I had curbside ordered. I mean the ticket said my name, and I was charged appropriately.

I have been coming to this location for a long time, but when I stopped by this evening at approx. 6:40pm on Tues., 6-21-22, the drive-thru cashier had a horrible attitude!! I have ordered large drinks here several times over the last couple weeks because they have been $1.00 for any size, but this time I was charged the regular price. I asked the cashier why they were not $1.00, she said "sometimes we got 'em and sometimes we don't". I asked her if it was just random pricing, and she said "we ain't go no drinks at that price. Do you want 'em or not"? I told her not to get smart with me because I order there very often! But after dealing with constant rudeness at this location so many times, I have finally had it! I would rather spend my hard-earned money where it is appreciated and where the average intelligence of employees is at least above that of a box of rocks!

Cashier (drive thru) attitude when I proposed that I had a coupon. I will not come back as had previous issues awhile back with attitude. But decided to give this place another chance. But they still have rude people. Please hire more people with great customer service skills
