Taco Bell

Pay your staff more and the service here wouldn't suck so bad! I give this place four stars instead of one solely because the staff behind the counter do everything they can with what little they are given! In fact upper management here is so poor that too often they run out of prepared food and force waits of 30 plus minutes for an order! Step it up Taco Bell and pay your people appropriately! I wish I could say this opinion is isolated to just this Taco Bell but unfortunately I would give the same review to every Taco Bell in the Temple/Belton area!

I placed an order online and drove up let them know my name and It was a good amount of food I ordered. I noticed I was missing a crunch wrap so I pulled back around. I parked tried to see if everything was in the bags I received but instead of being in the boxes the food was just all thrown in the bag. I went home and laid everything on the table to make sure everything was there and I noticed I was missing 4 crunchy beef tacos so I went back and they were given to me. Came home and noticed my sons potato taco looked old and stale. I work in the food industry and I know what old potatoes look like. I didn't feel like going back a third time around and just bought some Jack in the Box. They were nice but the order was not correct and the potatoes were old.

Ordered two drinks. One was a medium drink and and a large freeze. I got two mediums. When I asked about the size of the freeze they said that a freeze in a medium glass is a large. It was the same glass size. Considering freezing liquid expands I probably had less in a freeze than you would get in a medium drink. Not a good experience.

Never had a problem with the food here or the staff in general. However, I frequent this Taco Bell often and their "system" is down way too often and they either aren't accepting credit cards or not accepting orders in general. It's almost to the point where I'm going to start calling to see if their "system" is working before I drive there. It's pretty annoying and inconvenient.

Why are they lying? I came in at 8:45 today is June 15th they said they can only accept cash payments, they told me this after I came out of the restroom little did they know I ordered at the kiosk and paid with my the restroom. The order sure popped up on their screen and it sure came out of my bank account why are they lying? Maybe stealing they said all taco bells are going through this right now

I've been here multiple times and always have a good experience as this is a pretty consistent location. The employees are serious and responsible and they really seem to care about the customers. The restaurant is clean and the condiments bar is stocked. The food came out as expectedand it was good!

Today I ordered a quesadilla with two sides of chips and queso. Some of the chips given to me had strange white spots. I had one order of the chips and queso before realizing it, as I had to take a quick lunch due to work being extra busy today. Unfortunately now I have a very terrible stomach ache. The food there has never caused me any sort of stomach pain until today.
