Thai Cafe

AMAZING PLACE TO EAT!! I don't normally take photos of my food but these dishes definitely deserved to be shown off. We had the Pad Thai Noodles with soft shell crab and Lemon grass soup with seafood. Out of all the Thai restaurants I've been to, THIS place is hands down the BEST one I've ever eaten at. Food was amazing and service was amazing, we will definitely be coming back here often.

Used to come here several times a month but after the last two visits, I’m not sure if I will be coming back. We loved coming to this place because the quality of the food was amazing and the staff is friendly. Recently, the food has just been okay. We were okay paying the exorbitant prices before because the food was amazing, but as of recently it’s not as good. I’m very disappointed because this was one of our favorite places in the area. I recommend lowering your prices if you are going to lower the quality of food.

We’ve been coming here since we moved to Temple a couple years ago. The food is ALWAYS so good and the portions are generous - nothing compares! Gigi, T, and the rest of the staff are always happy to serve. I don’t see us going anywhere else for our Thai fix anytime soon, for as long as we’re here. This is our go to spot when family comes to town too. We love this place (:

I’m pretty sad to say this was a HUGE disappointment. Had such good reviews and the staff were great! Food was eh and the place was CRAZY DIRTY.Especially,during a pandemic,I suppose I assume that the cleaning would be even more tended too. Sat by the window upstairs under the table was disgusting. Bathrooms were GROSS. Lastly,their spring rolls were literally bagged Romaine lettuce and frozen shrimp. No fresh herbs, noodles, other meats. Literally rice wrap with lettuce and some frozen shrimp. Maybe other things are good on the menu, but just from it being a dirty place I won’t be returning to find out.

This has got to be one of the worst Thai restaurants I have ever ate at. A traditional Thai Beef salad would not be 90% sour glass noodles. Normally you get a nice fresh salad in a lime sauce, with rice on the side. That’s what is detailed on their menu also. I got a load of glass noodles and maybe a few pieces of tomatoes and onions. I don’t even want to get started on their noodle soup. Go somewhere else for Thai.

I have been craving good Thai food for a while since I moved to Temple. It was finally satisfied at Thai cafe. I. Absolutely. Loved. It!!!!!! The Tom kha gai is thick and creamy and oh so yummy, so are the pork dumplings. And the Thai basil fried rice. From now on this is officially my takeout joint. Thanks Thai cafe!
