Starbucks

I have been to this location before and the order process went very smooth and the drive through moved along pretty fast. This last time I wasn't too impressed because two of my drinks were made incorrectly and the other one was almost made iced instead of hot. However the staff was very pleasant and I think the barista on pos was newer. I will revisit in the future since I'm sure it was just a one off deal and they were extremely sweet about it.

I felt like family at the Killeen Starbucks off clear creek. They always greeted me warmly, knew my name, and would even give me my regular coffee free sometimes since I came everyday for a year. Not the same at this Starbucks. I have been coming here almost everyday, for a year and the staff rarely speak to me only to say please and thank you. On the times they get my order wrong I come back and I’m not even given a 4$ card for their mistake. I have seen them greet other customers by name happily and ask how they are and give them these cards when they mess up, but with me I get treated differently. Maybe they don’t like people from out of town in Temple.

Have been visiting this location for a couple of years now on a weekly basis. Generally it has been a very positive experience until today 3/11/20. The employees are generally friendly, polite, and helpful. After placing my order I walked down to the pickup point. I happened to place my hand in the counter it immediately stuck to the counter I asked for a wet napkin and was told they didn’t keep napkins behind the counter and the young lady kept doing whatever she was doing. Asked another employee who informed me he wasn’t on the clock and would clean it later. (He did just that). The store was just plain nasty today

Stale coffee, worst coffee that I ever had recently, complained about it, he gave another cup of coffee with same worst taste, did not even try to make another new pot of coffee. Wondering how Starbucks branded name store serving this kind of coffee, Still nausea feeling whenever I think about this coffee. I went second time today, Once again, coffee taste was not good, but Female barista was so nice, welcoming, offered water with food item, even before I was asking, very customer friendly, because of her I am changing star rating to 3 from 1.

I always visit the drive through here on my breaks or on my way home. I absolutely love my experiences and the coffee. The young blonde lady who handles the drive threw is always there with a smile. She's very pleasant and helps make a customer's day better. I've been to several Starbucks locations, this one by far is my favorite.

Came in with no one in front of me, ordered an Iced Latte, 5 min after I paid more folks came in and ordered, the 3 couples that came in after me got their orders and left so I asked the gal with the multi colored hair about my Latte and she nonchalantly said my order “Kinda got delayed “ and my response was “Wow! Thanks for that!, next time I’ll just go to Einstein’s for better service!
