At 1st my wife and I thought it a clothing store. Smart and Final sounds like one. It has all the convenience of warehouse style shopping for big quality items with out the membership fee. We rely on this place and dumped our Costco membership.

Shout out for great customer service! I've been on the search for Pomi tomato sauce, and the Smart & Final I normally go to was out. Called the Broadway/McClintock store this morning. They had only two containers left, and he put them aside for me so I could come in over my lunch hour. Thanks so much. You're a lifesaver!

in answer to a question I just received, these folks do not ship. you'll need to contact a friend or family member to do that for you.
Every time I go there, there's always somebody restocking. It's always clean too.

The employees at Smart & Final and the friendliest people you can have working in retail. Helpful and polite. I have shopped here for a few years and even those employees that did not last for as long as I've been there have been a shining example of custom service

We'd never been in this store before because we thought it was a bulk store, where you had to buy 50 of something to get a deal. Not the case! You can do your typical shopping here. Good prices on meats, cheeses, dry goods, etc. It's good for a quick stop. They've got it all.

Love this store. It has everything you need. If you have your own store or restaurant or If you're having a get together and need a lot of plates or cups or bulk anything, This is the place to go. They are inexpensive with a lot of choices.

I love this little neighborhood grocery store. Granted, selections can be limited as the intention is bulk supply, but I still get everything I need usually. Plus they are super friendly and cool about my service dog.

Had a very good selection and I was able to find vegetarian things that found in a long time. The pricing was even very outstanding. The staff is very friendly and helpful if you needed anything would definitely go back here again

I shop here all the time and with some research with going back and forth to grocery stores, Smart and Final is where I save the most money. Perfect for my budge range and it's a very nice well cooled store. This had become my primary store I shop for groceries.

went in there after a long walk to buy a loaf of bread and some water and i was asked to button up my shirt. sure i'll button up my shirt in this 105F weather. I apologized to the manager or whoever he was but i don't think he would have done the same if a girl walked in in short shorts and a crop top- just sayin' . The fact that i'm wasting my time writing this review makes it clear how embarrassed i felt as a customer. The guy was absolutely polite but i don't think it was necessary for him to ask me to do that because i wasn't making anyone uncomfortable nor was i getting any glares (there were barely any people in there). with that being said I'd still rate this place a 5 because the elderly workers are absolutely polite and very helpful.
