Love their chips, but this time they were all crunch and bits, only a VERY few were big enough to dip. The last two times, the chips had problems. The time before they were very oily. I go there or order from them all the time for their usually great chips. Their white queso is really good. The hamburgers were really good.
I was not as happy as usual with them, these last two times.

We had a delicious meal at Chili's in downtown Phoenix. It was a short drive from a group of hotels. My only complaint was the mozzarella sticks. They're were three large ones but the cheese was a bit gooier than I like. Sharing three large with four people didn't work very well. I would not get the sticks again.

We had the best service, Nick was our server, he was fantastic, he was really friendly, we didn't think about having a drink but when he mentioned drinks and gave us some great drink ideas we both ordered them, and they were super good... Thank you Nick... Dinner was great too..

This Chili’s is great. I just had to leave a review because it was a busy Sunday game night and we still got our plates faster than anywhere else on a regular night lol! Food tasted better than we remembered and the portions aren’t too shabby for the price either. Everyone working was so sweet, and seemed to be enjoying themselves too.. always nice to see! We’ll be back :)
(Also, try the brisket quesadilla. It is the bomb.)

this place is pretty lowkey but the food is good! love a casual night for dinner here. usually not too busy during the week. i love the wild berry lemonade, very refreshing. friendly and helpful staff as well!

First time trying chilis and you get a large portion of food for the price, the server was incredible (I believe his name was Romeo) and the food is fast. It reminded me of Apple Bees, but the restaurant is more modern style and the food is better. The boneless wings were by far the best, the chipotle honey crispers were about an 8/10 and the sliders were pretty good as well. Definitely recommend trying out this location

I absolutely love this Chilis. First off, notice the frozen strip located on the bar top. This keeps your beer, or other beverages ice cold. Why didn’t anyone think of that before. Brilliant. Kierra is an amazing bartender. So professional and knowledgeable while being very pleasant and friendly. Had a great visit to this location. Definitely recommend!

Malachi was one of the best waiters we have had in a long time, attentive and intuitive, we didn't wait or want for anything. Food was also good 😊.

Ordered online for curbside pickup. It was easy. Arrived a little early and our food was brought out to my car on time. The employee was friendly and professional. As always the food was hot and delicious. We ordered the 3 for me deal. See the attached pictures and video. I highly recommend this location.
