Los Tacos

My favorite taco place on this side of town. Their flavors and food is amazing, the staff is friendly. They have unlimited salsa. The street tacos are amazing. It is on the pricier side, but you do get what you pay for especially in the food industry. The California burrito and the shrimp tacos are my favorite. The quality of food is also the best in the area.

Tiny pricey street tacos and smaller portions then most taco shops in the area. Not very friendly either! Definitely not the biggest bang for your buck! You can only get one salsa also. So I'd say their stingy when it comes to providing flavor for their menu items. Don't know why it's always so busy, would not recommend.

Food is good but they Nickel and dime you for every little thing. You want a pinch of lettuce on your burrito $1. A pinch of tomatoes on your burrito $1. You want beans on your burrito $1. Cheese or sour cream Yup $1 a piece. My $12 burrito turned into a $18 burrito just by adding things that should come on a burrito. Never again.

Today I tried a couple of new items (for me.) A "big birria taco." Super greasy. Ate half. Also, the "Hawaiian burrito." Nope. Thumbs down on this one, too. Cabbage and rice did not make it, at least for me. Eat here 3-4 times a month. Always loved my choices. Today, not so much. Deciced to try new things. I will absolutely be back!

I went in for lunch today. I ordered a shrimp diablo burrito. i noticed the burrito was missing in my order but a shrimp taco was in its place. The 1st cashier was sweet and said she made a mistake and put a shrimp taco in its place on the receipt. Understandable. She got another lady involved and this is where my experience went bad. The lady asked me if i was going to eat the shrimp taco. I dont see how thats relevant but I said its not what i ordered and was most likely not going to eat it as i ordered a burrito. So my assumption was she was going to charge me in full for the burrito if i kept the taco, so i asked her if she wanted the taco back. she said YES! and proceeded to take the taco from our take out box that had 2 other tacos in it. how is that sanitary? she then rang me up for the difference between the taco and the burrito and had an attitude when doing so. a little customer service goes a long way. especially when im spending $35 on lunch for myself and 2 kids. next time ill go to the other options in the area. 5 stars for the first cashier. she did a great job and even admitted to a mistake that could have been simple miscommucation and i completely understand. no stars for the other lady.
