Ordered from many times via just eat, my last order had the wrong drink, mentioned it the on my order today, received hand written note of apology- upsized my drink and threw in an extra sweet treat. Thank you Brad for this, It was waaaay more than needed but that extra mile is great service.

Ordered off uber eats .missing drinks..rang the shop as uber eats customer service is shocking.
Staff member dropped drinks to my house .

I visit mainly in the morning and it's usually very busy but the line goes quickly. The staff are very friendly and will sometimes have my order ready if they have seen me arrive. (don't forget the red sauce)

Staff friendly and helpful. Have especially noticed since covid the drinks area where you add your own sugar etc, is cleaner than it used to be. Good to see this! And the few times I have been in the last few month I have seen regular cleaning.

Nice friendly service.
Good prices as you would expect from greggs.
Only complaint is that delivery drivers (uber, Just eat etc) seem to not understand the concept of 3 people in the shop any one time.
