I have lost count how many times this place has charged me +$40 on Uber Eats for food that never arrived. Either improve the refunds process so I see the money back immediately, or DO NOT charge me for a service you cannot provide. Uber Eats is being contacted too, heaps of people have experienced this issue and the restaurant continues to shrug responsibility.

Bad coffee always. Today I got my kids hotcakes and didn't receive any thing to put on them syrup or butter and no cutlery. And there's a girl that works at the window that takes ur money who has such strong BO I have to wind all the car windows down or u get trapped in her stink thos has happened on more than 1 occasion.

Not sure who the manager was today but a big WELL DONE. Ordered a late lunch on a Wednesday around 4-4:30ish. We are from the other side of Melbourne doing a day drive, and let me tell you this is the best service and greatest maccas food I’ve had in a long time. We asked for fresh for health reasons, they didn’t make us feel like it was an inconvenience (like we usually get). The food was ACTUALLY fresh and tasted amazing. And my gosh, the coffee was way better than what we get on our side. Whoever this manager is, send him down to Melton to teach them a thing or two. Thanks!
