Customer service was good, restaurant clean. Tried the spicy tenders. They were pretty awesome! Liked seeing that the restaurant is not run by teenagers.

A very big thank you to Chicken Express in Taylor. We took the Bartlett Lassies volleyball there to eat after we played. They staff greeted us with a smile(behind mask) and took our order for 14 kids and 2 coaches. We got our food in a timely manner and did not have 1 mistake. Then to top it off, the chicken was superb 👌. It was tender and tasty. The corn nuggets were great also. All the kids enjoyed. Great job Chicken Express keep up the good work.

Drive thru is efficient, staff always friendly, good food. Lobby sometimes closed, which is par for the course these days.

This place has always been fast and friendly. Getting off work qt 7 - 8 half the fast food off main is closed or waits are insane. So they've been great and the food tasted good so that helps.
