Wendy's

The only reason it's getting 2 stars instead of 1 is that in the past, they have been a perfectly average Wendy's. However today..... They had a line 10 people long in the dining room. Every single one of the employees looked at all of us. They informed their manager (he at least made it seem like he was the manager) that he had guests up front. The guy even came out and looked at everyone. Started making himself a drink, let us all stand there for 10 more minutes, then turned around and said.... "I ain't gonna lie to y'all. Our dining room is closed. I just forgot to lock the doors" This would not have been a big deal had I not got the impression that it was a total lie. If it was not a lie, then I certainly wouldn't want him managing anything if he forgets to lock the door, then there is the fact that any one of the employees, including the manager, could have told everyone in the line right away as opposed to having us all just stand there for so long..... So ... Because in the past they have been extraordinarily average, they get 2 stars instead of 1.

They got my order wrong the first time, when I got home my grands wouldn't eat it. I went back through the drive through and then I had to argue with the cashier that she got it wrong. I eventually convinced her to remake the hamburgers even offering to pay for them. She said that I didn't have to pay for them but I was wrong. Whatever happened to the customer is always right mentality. I won't be back.

We used to love coming to this wendys. They were fast and had great staff (until they got fired). A few weeks ago, an employee was supposed to lock the doors behind us because they couldn't take anymore people in the dining room. The worker left the door unlocked and didn't lock it until about 10 more people walked in. After the door was locked, a new employee walked up to the door but couldn't get in because it was... LOCKED. One of my friends went up to the door saying it was locked and she couldn't open the door, thinking the door was locked both ways. The GM YELLED at my friend saying to open the door for her employee because she needed workers. We went in there last week and ordered, but was told mid order that we weren't supposed to be allowed back in, no one told us this. We were able to order and get our food, and left. TODAY, we go into Wendys to get lunch, when one of the employees got a call from the GM saying that my friend was no longer allowed in the store because she "held the door closed and wouldn't allow her employee in". Apparently the GM was watching the cameras and saw that we were in there. So my friend got kicked out and BANNED while the rest of us were able to order. This wendys is the most chaotic, piece of garbage place ever. We only went in there because we like wendys. Don't go there if you don't want to be treated like you're stupid and are a burden to them. 5

To my better judgment, I should have checked my bag before hand but I made two meal orders and both orders were missing my fries, which automatically come with a combo meal. No point in going back so they can tell me I'm lying. So I'll just write a review and warn others to check your order while you're still at the window before you take off and leave.
