Dunkin'

Horrible service. I've been here many times and the service almost is always poor and the drinks are usually not as good as they are from other dunkins . Also just sat in the drive through line for 15 mins and not 1 car moved. Finally 2 people behind me backed out allowing me to back out and leave. I suggest you go anywhere else for your coffee

After 20-25 visits there, since it is just 8min from my house ..... I have come to realize it's easier and makes more sense to drive 30min out of my way to a duncan donuts that can get you in and out within 5min or so, have your order correct, and not ask you to repeat your order 3 times. So over this place, absolutely horrible. I have already sat in the drive through for almost 25min.. gave my order and they read back something completely different. Asked for 4 different donts since they didnt have the previous 3, finally I just asked "ok then, what DO you have" never again will I go there. I've tried and tried, and it's only getting worse.

What’s not to say bad about this place It’s possibly the worst dunkin I’ve ever been too. It’s filled with a bunch of kids who don’t know anything and don’t do much at all. If you’re ever inside or in the drive thru all you hear is kids playing around, tossing donuts to each other, yelling, and clearly oblivious to the people inside or in the drive thru. My wife’s first bad experience with this dunkin was about a month or two when someone accidentally left their headset on and she could hear someone yelling aggressively and then someone in the background giggling. My wife sat in the drive thru for at least five minutes with three cars behind her who were just as confused as she was. Well after being waited finally, she gets her coffee. Not only is it cold but there’s a whole coffee bean floating around in it. This place is absolutely horrendous and I would encourage people to take the extra 17 minutes to drive to Westminster or ANYWHERE else except for here. It’s pitiful service, pitiful employees and pitiful management.
