Mcdonald's

I stopped off for a little succulent McRib and a Coke. The counter staff was helping me with select a specialty meal not yet for customer consumption. Next thing I know is I'm waking up on the stall floor of the bathroom, side bandaged up and missing a kidney. I will say this McDonald's has the cleanest public Bathrooms I've ever seen and has great meal selections. Hats off to our Waitress Ananya for sending me home with an Ice Pack on my side!

Every single person I encountered was so kind to me and my kids. From the young lady who took my payments to the one who handed me my kids food. They acknowledge me as a mother, spoke kind words to me and my girls and left my heart feeling full. The way you treat people matters and it really brightened my evening.

This store has been transformed into the future style of what a McDonalds counter will become. Kiosks run the show. only 1 register and it is not staffed. There is now a Pick-up window style of getting your food and drink and the staff is hustling behind that wall. Only reason they did not get a 5 on Food was I ordered 2 days in a row and took my order "to go", so did not notice my Double Cheeseburgers were single patties until about 15 minutes later...both days. Still my fav spot for a quick snack and still a huge fan of their fries.

UPDATE: 3 3/23 One year later. This location is COMPLETELY REDESIGNED. It's nearly 100% self-serve. There's a single register and no one attends it unless there's a problem with the ordering screens, but you have to yell for someone to come out and assist you. The employees are completely concealed behind walls. You see no one. You can hear them but you can't see anything. Many customers were confused and a few were clearly irritated that they had to interact with the order screens instead of a person. The seating area has been cheaply redecorated. There seems to be a kid/large group table of some sort. It's huge with two rectangularly shaped containers attached to it to prevent drink spills apparently. There's a huge roll of brown paper, with a tear away cutter attached at the bottom. Like the type aluminum foil has and it's hanging from the wall near this table. 🤔 It reminds me of a doctor's exam room. There are "Your Art" spaces on the walls. It appears you are invited to draw there or pin your own art, but on closer inspection, maybe not. It's just an extremely cheap way to hang something on the otherwise bare walls. The restrooms are freshly remodeled at least. UPDATE: On 2/16/22 I met Mayor Jane Castor at this McDonald's. What a wonderful person.
