Ordered two chocolates frosted doughnuts. Disgusting... Frosting all over the bag and melted. Employee knew. He had chocolate all over his tissue.
Gave them back and left.😡

I LOVE Dunkin Donuts. Although they have been out of a lot of stuff lately, what they do have us great. Coffee is awesome. Their stuffed croissant is really good.

Couldn't decide between two drinks. Was given a brutally honest answer from the worker as to their opinion. While I know that I liked the one drink for sure, I took the advice of the worker and boy am I glad I did. The new Smoked vanilla latte is amazing.

When I got to the window and paid for my order the girl at the window was very polite, and she gave us 2 of our drinls and asked me to pull around for the other drink...
We sat out front for about 5 minutes, then a girl brought out 1 more coffee... I told her we were still missing a coffee and munchkins, she said oh yeah with an attitude.
After about 5 more minutes I went inside and they were just making my coffee, and asked me what munchkins I ordered.
I finally got my things and left.
Aside from all of that, I'm not happy that an extra large that was ordered with extra cream and extra sugar, had no sugar in it

Got an iced coffee and the whole cup was filled with coffee grounds. This is not the first time i had an issue with this location. Staff in the drive thru are texting while I am waiting to get my order paid for and I have had to send my coffee back many times due to the fact that I order it with liquid sugar and they use granulated.
