The short Asian lady inside the store is very rude no customer service curses at the customers the manager just lets her treat customers like that. And does nothing something needs to be done about this lady she's so disrespectful and it's horrible that they allow her to still work there.please if anyone can follow up with a telephone number or a way to contact a higher management that would be great

Giving 7 eleven tacoma washington 98444 a zero star rating for how i was treated their terrible women employees who have split personalities. They say their hiring but when a Spanish speaking witch gets involved they stand there like really old ladies who need to be thrown in a senior complex for men and women who have dementia. You can read this in your head all you want to. World War 3 will break out until 7 eleven is permanently shut down and their 3 terrible women spend the rest of their lives in a senior complex for men and women who have dementia!

No lines to get in the store and no lines in the store. The staff is always polite and friendly and the store is always clean and well stocked. My favorite Convenient store , I'm in there almost every day and I'm never disappointed even the manager is a great person. I love this 7/11 store on 96th and Pacific in Tacoma.

My girlfriend and I are regulars here and the employees are SO friendly and they remember their regulars, they joke around and it might sound weird but that’s a family right there. Yes there are people outside asking for money but once you say no, they don’t beg. That shouldn’t be a problem for most people, people need to get by somehow. Helping them could benefit them. Anyways, if you grew up in Tacoma this 7/11 is definitely the place to go, they’re amazing.

I visited this location at 10:05pm. The cashier was friendly and helpful at first, but then she started hearing "bells" and reversed my transaction. She said it did not process but I find out from my card provider that it was actually the cashier that reversed my transaction. Bums always in the parking lot asking for change and a rough crowd. Report any problems to the manager until they can get it right.
