Subway

Trying to help get my Dad a safe place where he can eat enough to gain weight. He's been at Regency of Olympia and lost 19 pounds in 3 weeks under their skilled care and now needs a catheter. He's weak and in worse shape than when he went for rehabilitation for a broken neck. He didn't get it but he got a lot of other problems! In the 3 outings I had to take my dad on for Dr. Orders all three times he wanted to stop at subway for BMTs. He ate every bite! Thank you Subway for having menu's even seniors with dementia can remember!

The sandwiches are okay, however the Subway app is very user "unfriendly" in my opinion. The app should offer some "deals or offers" and then allow the customer to pay for the order in cash rather than forcing the customer to pay on-line with a credit or debit card. Not everyone has a credit or debit card, therfore Subway should be willing to accept a cash transaction for on-line orders if the customer chooses to do so.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to! I usually don’t leave bad reviews if I get bad service as long as I get what I am paying for, but this has to be the worst subway I’ve ever been to in my life. I ordered a chipotle Southwest steak and cheese wrap which is what I order every single time and Nathan decides to give me half portions on everything especially the toppings. And my wrap was rolled so bad I had to open it and re-roll it. My food then got packed with another customers and then when I paid at the register I asked for a drink and then I had to ask for a straw because he was too lazy to give it to me all at once.
