I was on a trip to Syracuse, NY (I live in Canada) and I was like "Why not visit Dunkin'?" so I did. I was with my sisters on Easter after church. The worker gave us a dozen free donuts (I'm assuming because it was easter" but he was a very nice, cool guy.

I went to get a Decaf Butter Pecan Iced Coffee, Plain bagel with cream cheese and a chocolate chip muffin. Tammi was nice and helpful she offered to warm up my muffin which made the chocochips melt within the muffin it was like a fresh baked cookie it was perfect. The place was clean the bath room doors were open even having online orders she was attentive to me. Thank you for a great first experience at this location!

Ordered a toasted bagel with butter and cream cheese, but received no cream cheese. Unfortunately equipment and assembly and lack of food to serve customers lately is a chain or franchise problem.

I visited this Dunkin for the first time in over 5 years. The coffee was great, made correctly & hot. The crew seemed short staffed (like most restaurants in the area) but they were efficient, polite & accurate. I will visit this location again, now that I am working in the area.

the blond young girl who works there is so nice! she remade my coffee for me and was so sweet about it. its always so busy but the staff remains kind and productive:) def becoming a regular.

Ice tea is the best! Food is hit or miss. They're always out of donuts... What's with that. It's in their name. The little hash browns are great. Nice little low cal snack. Service is polite but sometimes really slow.
