I love its value duet, which is a combo of soup, half sandwich and additional option (able to choose among baguette, chips, or apple). Coffee was okay too!

Everything is always good. It's better than fast food. But the prices are starting to get out of control. You're almost better off going to a sit down restaurant if you have time.

Fast and accurate for pick-up orders. Cafe is always clean and staff is generally pleasant to interact with. Management seems on top of things!

The cheddar broccoli soup was awesome and Katrece was a pleasant, welcoming cashier! Super knowledgeable of the menu, gave great recommendations and provided A+ customer service! ❤️

Brought a mixed group of 13 kids and adults and were pleasantly surprised by the speed and accuracy of service. For that group we used the kiosks (typically wouldn't) and it worked out. Panera food is pretty consistently good and this experience was no exception.

I was in Florida and needed a breakfast tray sent early before calling hours for a funeral. Joe and Tammy went above and beyond to get it there before the family left that morning. They didn’t disappoint!! During Covid and these difficult time’s, they gave selflessly. God bless these two.

A Newly Discovered Breakfast Option
I was here for lunch several years ago, but I found that ordering was quite difficult, due to my strict diet. Fast forward to today and ordering was a easy as pie (ha! I don't eat pie). The kiosk ordering was not working well, so I had to order from a human. This gentleman was extremely friendly and I was there early, at opening time. I had the oatmeal, which was great; pecans, strawberries, and brown sugar was not the healthiest, but it sure was tasty, I'll order it again. Hmm, medical appointment Monday morning, so I'll check out the lunch menu.......

Solid food even during these trying times. Interesting location next to the mall entrance. I suspect it will be a good view of the stranger characters the mall can bring in. But the seating is great and the staff attentive. Outside starting with privacy walls available and curbside ready for pickup. Worth the visit
