Been going to Brooklyn Pickle for over 20 years it's changed a little like everything else my advice is to sit back and watch the girls making the sandwiches to figure out who you'd like to make yours and don't be afraid to let someone in line go ahead of you until you get the right person it definitely does make a difference but when you get someone who's good best sandwich in town

What an experience! Amazing staff who are super friendly! Prepare for little bit of a wait, but I'd wait an hour if needed! Actually, you really forget about the line because your so entertained by the staff in conversation before you know it, your checking out! Not only the people in line are were engaging with one another, laughing, joking and just really enjoying themselves, the staff made you want to engage! This was my first time!! I'm locked in! The sandwich I bought tasted so fresh, so damn yummy!, I was overwhelmed with the pleasure of eating this sandwich! Truly one of the best ever! No lie! I think I may have met the owner who was also chatting with my sister and I as well as others patrons. Super friendly guy! I see why the staff looked so happy! I'm a new loyal customer believe me! Highly recommend this place to the world, you just don't know what your missing if you hadn't made it here yet! Go now!! They also have desserts which are out of this world! And fresh as well! Lived in Syracuse my whole life and this is my first time trying Brooklyn Pickle! Everyone inside was very friendly and quick service all around! The Cajun Turkey Sandwich was very refreshing, full of flavor, and the customization options for each sandwich is awesome! The Dirty chips are extremely good and I recommend the Jalapeño chips. I will be back back!

A well oiled machine designed to service regulars. Excellent quality ingredients, and for the most part, assembled pretty well. Had their take on a reuben/pastrami and a tuna fish on wheat. Tuna Fish was fresh but lacked any seasoning whatsoever. I'd add some sort of vinegar-y condiment to liven it up. The Brooklyn special had perfectly cooked and sliced pastrami. Seasoned well, it could have had a touch more of the sauce or added some mustard to round it out. Would return.

You really can't go wrong here. It's a good sandwich with better quality ingredients than sandwich/sub chains. The service is pretty quick as they have multiple order takers at different stations. They have a variety of other items and an extensive beverage selection. What makes them unique is that they don't skimp on their meat portions. It's no Carnegie deli portion but it is a very fair amount. The sandwich makers never touch the money. They yell out the order to the money handler and they come to you to take payment. They are efficient and delicious.
