It's always great to see a building being upgraded I think the upgrades should also be coming from within if you look at the reviews for this restaurant especially as of late it is steadily going downhill and unfortunately I don't think you could blame those complaints on Staffing alone we can all be sympathetic to the lack of employees at times however this place has been going downhill 60-minute plus wait times for drive-thru service it appears in the reviews lots of wrong orders after you wait extended periods of time they do not seem to genuinely caring about service this is their chosen profession and some here clearly are in the wrong business you should not have a 60 minute wait at a drive-thru in addition how does this franchise location get away with shortening business hours? It was happening long before a covid staffing issue. The owner here needs to make some surprise visits I'm shocked corporate KFC does not get more complaints from this location there's not a lot of competition in this town but you do have options and it appears more in the works.

02/13/2022 1st time here since remodeled. Incompetent owner, mangers and employees. If your going to close the lobby of your establishment then post it on your sign. If you close the lobby of your establishment then post a sign stating lobby closed. Customers should not have yo walk up and grab a locked door. NOT ALL CUSTOMERS USE DRIVE THUR'S OR APPS ON PHONES. But no problem KFC I'll stop spending $$$. Maybe others will follow. I stopped in and tried the Big Box $5.00 special. First time I had the Taco Bell side in a KFC. It was quick, meal was good. Looks better on television.

When up there on a Friday night when it says its closes to 11pm. I was there at 10:15pm when I pulled to the mic they answered it then I told them give me a minute. Next thing I know they have turned out all the lights and left the building and the ones that were working that night came out laughing at me in the drive thru. I don't think that was funny at all. But they have lost 2 customers. And if I can give them no stars I would cause they ain't worth none.
