Apparently you can no longer go into a Mexican fast food restaurant and get the basic 4 items one would expect. Hard taco, soft taco, bean burrito and beef burrito. But they'll create a beef burrito for you. At an upcharge, of course.

Person taking orders on 5/24 at about 1 AM snapped on me and my friends who were simply having a fun conversation and laughing because we were “distracting him” and apparently we were “over-excited” even thought he had not even started taking our order. Was extremely condescending and seemed to have a superiority complex. Should probably practice better customer service skills if he wants to make it out of Taco Bell :)

Clean, modern. See your food being made. They actually label the taco wrappers so you know what you have. Compostable cups for cheese. Best taco bell ever!

This is crazy, the last 3 times I’ve gone through the drive thru - messed up my order. And on ever occasion it’s the exact same item! I order 3 spicy potato soft tacos, add beef : simple right? Every single time I get home and there is no beef. Very dissatisfied
