They are under new management now. This is by far the best Subway that I've been to. The new staff are also friendly and welcoming. The food preparation is perfect, clean and fresh. Overall I had a very good experience here. Thank you Subway Wynyard

I was looking for somewhere to have breakfast while on a short trip to Sydney, and saw this Subway right next to my hotel, Little National.
As a former Sandwich Artist™ myself, trained by the great Master Mayo of Chipotle Temple, nestled in the jungles of Peru, my interest was piqued.
However, I couldn't help noticing the significant number of 1-star ratings, with pained descriptions of a wicked queen, constricting the soul of the store with her vile temper.
I decided I had to see it for myself, because it sounded hilarious.
On arriving at the store, I was dismayed to find that the Sandwich Artist™ was friendly and quite content to make my sandwich while she tended to the bread, gently roasting in the oven.
I mentioned the reason for my visit, that I had hoped to see the tyrannical Sandwich empress for myself. She laughed a happy laugh and informed me that the store was under new management.
It seems the sandwich gods are, once again, smiling on this humble Subway.

Staff weren’t overly friendly. Store seemed grubby. I felt like it could have done with a clean. The food was on par with your typical subway meal.

The sandwich artist must have been trained to put minimal ingredients on the sandwiches. I have been there many times with different people making my sandwich.

Subway in Clarence st feels a lot more welcoming nowadays, and apparently they changed managements.
The chicken classic is soooo yummy. Thanks to that handsome young gentlemen for making my lunch. I think his name is Jordan or something like that
