The staffs are friendly and accommodating they are not rude unlike what the other reviews had said. The environment was good and not smoky! The food was fresh and so good specially the wagyu! The salmon was so fresh and so delicious! There's a timer on the ipad to let you know how many minutes are left to order. Another thing is that, you must book a reservation if you don't want to miss the night eating here. Overall, it was a good buffet experience.

Have been a long time repeat customer for 10 years, and rediscovered it after the long lockdowns. Food is always 5 stars, service is unfaultable but as I've aged I think I'm beginning to dislike loud venues as the room does not absorb any sounds. Probably would still remain a loyal customer and introduce my kids when they're of age, never close suminoya!

I went there with friends recently for birthday celebration so we went to the deluxe option ($80/per person), dinner time. I love their wagyu beef, it's really good 🤤. I also tried their sushi and sashimi, they are pretty decent 🥰 I recommended you to eat the grilled salmon sushi (1st recommended among their sushi), grilled beef sushi . I have tried another JBBQ all you can eat but I didn't like their sashimi at all. I can tell due to covid, it's difficult for them to maintain their previous lower price but hot water/tea during winter I think it's reasonable. The grill was a bit difficult to adjust 😥, the heat only focus in the middle so it took a long time to cook when you only have 1 hour to eat. It would take a while for my order to arrive my table. At the beginning it was ok, but I guess later time they become busy so my food arrives slowly. I am happy with the quality of the meat. Hopefully they will improve their menu. I didn't take many photo because I was busy to cook and eat. They have take away menu, I wish I could try for lunch but I don't work in the city anymore.

Food was pretty average, service was a bit disappointing. Booked for 14 people and 2 couldn’t show up because they just tested positive for covid. They charged a $50 cancellation fee per person even though the majority of our group had attended. Save yourself the headache and book somewhere better that won’t charge a cancellation for each person that doesn’t show

Apologies for the empty plates but the food is amazing. The benefits of coming to a place like this where you don’t have to wait in line for the buffet your order is served at a touch of button using a digital pad. I could not fault the quality of the food the service was good and friendly. The suction of the vents don’t leave you with a bad smell once you leave like others bbq joints. If you enjoy bbq highly recommend this place and it is priced very fairly!
