Dunkin'

Twice today i sent my friend to get doughnuts cuz my grandson only eats specifically chocolate glazed and they f$%%&&!!!! Give me all chocolate. Normally u just get ur stuff and drive off cuz u have inpatient freakin people behind u. So i drove home to guess wut???? Wrong ones. Then my large iced coffee 6 creams and 6 sugars guess wut??? Hardly had any sugar. If it was a $1 i would give 3 fu....k !!!

This location is terrible and there is no customer service. I bought a small decaf coffee and the bottom of the cup was all grounds so I had to throw it away. 4 weeks and 7 messages to corporate later, nothing. The first 2 times corporate responded and said they would have the local management contact me, but they never did. The last 5 messages were ignored by corporate. If you sell someone an undrinkable cup of coffee, the decent thing to do is replace it. Then tonight, I had a coupon for a free donut from the Dunkin Bulls Race. The girl at drive thru scanned the coupon then still tried to charge me for the donut. I said no, the coupon says it's free and showed her as much. Then she scans it again and claims it's already been used. I said "yeah, because you just scanned it a minute ago" and she had the audacity to accuse me of lying and trying to steal a donut. I got the email on the 12th, today is only the 14th and the coupon doesn't expire until the 20th. I don't lie or steal anyway, but if I did I don't think anyone would waste their time doing it for something as cheap as a donut. Between being management not caring about selling undrinkable coffee and the rude employees I am done with this place.

Disappointed today. Usually there is a long wait, which I understand, but I placed an order on the app and when I came up to the speaker, no one told us our donuts and things were out of stock. They gave us replacements, but not the correct number. Our bagels tasted and smelled like bleach. Glad they take cleaning seriously, but it ruined our breakfast. 😥 Hoping this was just a bad day for them.

This is probably the worst run Dunkin I have ever been too. It is unfortunate that it is the I my one that is on my daily commute. This Dunkin fails to use the mobile ordering correctly. If you order for walk in, they may have their doors locked without notice. If you do get I to the building, you will have to wait in line to ask for your order as they hide all mobile orders behind the counter instead of using the mobile order tray on their counter. Aside from mobile orders, this Dunkin will mess up your order! They have no organization and will forget (literally) half your order. Then they will get upset at you for asking for the rest of your order. This Dunkin is by far the slowest Dunkin around. I will walk into the building from time to time and see their clocks for guests at the drive through. They regularly extend past 15 minutes for a drive through guest. That’s not including the time it takes to get to the speaker. Lastly, the product control of this Dunkin is awful! I cannot tell you how many times I have gotten sour or burnt coffee from this Dunkin. It truly seems like they do not care about the service or product here. I live in sycamore and I can’t wait until Dunkin realizes that they are loving money in the location and opens a new one.
