We stayed here for the second time in 3 years and what a let down. On arrival the reception area is very disorganised and noone seemed to care that guests had arrived. We were told our rooms were on the ground floor and handed keys and told …
We stopped here en route northwards. It’s convenient on the side of the road. There wasn’t much chicken in the ham, leek and chicken pie and there was some grizzle/fatty bits.
We only stopped for a meal on our way home from a holiday in the West Country so can only comment on the food and service. No complains, pleasant staff and the food was lovely
We chose the White Hart for my mum's wake. We had the small function room with a lunch buffet. Lucy was very helpful and the team were so nice. The food was lovely and we were well looked after. Thank you very much for making the afternoon run smoothly.
