Superbowl Sunday is the busiest day for wings and pizza which I do understand. Ordered online and the pick up time was for 615. Showed up to pick up and was told it won't be ready for another hour. Called at 7 to check on the order and was told it'd be at least another 30 to 40 mins!! Not sure how that happened. I do hope they will get better next time.

Horrible service! Greasy wings. The Manager James Kirpatrick has a bad attitude. Don’t waste your time or money.

Food was great but service is horrible! Not full yet had a 75 min wait time for food. Could have been easily resolved with communication to the front hostess when sitting customers or the waiter could have set expectations. Then we stay or go but we are well informed. Unacceptable!!

Does this look like Baked Mac & Cheese? HECK NO! Lame watery cafeteria Mac & Cheese. Disappointed. Also they forgot the strawberry sauce for my cheesecake. Now I got a plain cheesecake.

Perfectly cooked wings...better than all the other TM locations I've visited. Good socially-distanced seating. Server was OK..maybe she was new. Seemed timid. Decent amount of parking as well. Has a patio, but last night was frigid, so we sat inside. Lol. All-in-all great visit!

Avoid this place during Covid-19. I sat at the bar and my bartender was wearing gloves. Which is fine. But what’s the point of wearing gloves if your are going to use the same gloves to handle credit cards, touch your face, and squeeze lemons. Just forget the gloves and simply wash your hands. This is cross contamination. I love Taco Mac. Just not this one.

Service was awful. Food was great though.
Our waitress was Anastasiya, she made it seem like we were an inconvenience.
