The food was good here, I enjoyed the flavour of the chicken and the fries had a lovely taste. Had to wait for a while but I think that's because this KFC is very popular.

Staff were helpful and polite. Restaurant was quiet. Tables needed a wipe but a nice lunch break. Food was hot.

Popped in here after looking after granddaughter at friends birthday party in new malden.Staff friendly but professional. Very understanding. Thank you

Parking available outside. Polite and attentive staff. Cheaper to order and collect than order online. Only a small queuing area available, so can fill up quite, especially with delivery drivers waiting inside and outside. KFC do not offer (as far as I'm aware) a click and collect service: would have been ideal for me.
