Kfc

Great food, its,a very busy place. Staff are friendly and pleasant. Only one problem customers standing against the entry door talking and smoking. They are not supposed to stand against the door and smoke. I have severe allergies and cigarette smoke just about kills me so why were these 2 inconsiderate people permitted to smoke in the door?

When through drive through, person on window states they do not think they can fill my order because they just sold a lot of chicken. This is a chicken restaurant and it is Sunday. Did not give me any options except to offer the worse parts of the chicken in my order. Every time I come to this KFC they do not have chicken or they have closed down the ovens early. Great place for a business.

1994 Sutton Lane, Sutton, WV 26601, this KFC Store is the most awful KFC in North America, will never order from here again, every time I order from here (20 years and order maybe twice a year) the food is either a mess or the order is wrong. twice I've had to wait more than 30 minutes to get my order, the last time was 45 minutes and then they gave me cold food, of which I dumped on the counter. Tonight's 12 piece bucket was filled with nothing but over cooked chicken. This was for a family of 6, but there wasn't enough edible chicken to feed 3 people.

I give one star because it wouldn't let me do zero. Went to the restroom first. One toilet, and it was clogged. Waited for my husband to get through so he can stay there to order food. I went across street to M to use restroom. Came back, and still no one came to take order. Waited another 5 mins or so. Went to a table to wait and no clean tables. Had to wipe down one myself. When through eating went to throw trash away and bin was full to overflowing. So I went to throw away in another bin, but those were closed down. Sufficed to say, I will never eat there again.
