Courtyard Restaurant - Sutton Coldfield

We had our wedding at Marston Farm hotel 08-10-23 and we had the best day. Nicola was quick and efficient in remedying the issues that arose first thing and then the day just ran smoothly with her looking after us. The food was really lovely and the staff were nice too. DJ Stuart was great and played music to suit everybody. All in all we had a beautiful wedding day. Thank you!

Stayed a couple of nights, loved the peace and tranquillity as it was slightly off the beaten track and near to the stunning Broomey croft/ Kingsbury water park wilderness venues so you can share a few hours with nature and/or do a bit of fishing. Car Park and Lane, down to the hotel, need a bit of TLC. Good Small to medium wedding venue and food was simple and scrumptious, would definitely stay again.

Great little place, the man on reception on arrival was very chatty and helpfull. We were told that food wasn't being served due to a wedding taking place when we arrived however he recommended pub down the lane. Was shown to our room which was lovely and clean but dated. Non the less we were happy. The grounds and the building itself are beautiful. Again just a little dated and unkept in areas. Our stay was pleasant and we would return. Just one negative thing which was when we checked out in the morning I went to reception to check out and the lady who was working barely even left her head up from the computer. I said Morning and said I would like to check out. I was then told 'put it in there' and was pointed to a place to drop my key in. I said thank you and never got anything back. Shame really one member of staff let the team here down. I had to mention it because i think it costs nothing to be civil and manners cost nothing. Working on reception means you should greet guests however this receptionist didn't get the memo. Shame as the rest of the team here were all warm welcoming & polite.
