Starbucks

I love this Starbucks location. Every time I go I get treated very nicely and the baristas are super sweet. They made my drink perfectly and it tasted great. We got the star drink, dragón refresher, and the matcha latte. They were all very tasty but the only thing was that the dragon drink was a little too sweet. We also got things to eat. We got the spinach, white egg and feta wrap which was nice. We also got the egg bites which surprised me and were better than I thought. Also another thing to add is that I loved how the store was decorated in pride. It made the environment very welcoming and a nice place to get a drink. Overall 9/10

I come to the surfside location every day and The staff are always great and very energetic. They are a really good time. But for some time now I’ve noticed they look a little bit stressed out and it shows.. the manager seems a little bit off in terms of the way he is.. he doesn’t seem very genuine with customers or his staff. He kind of gives off that vibe and I’m not the only one who has commented it here on the block. Anyway, hopefully you can discuss with the manager on how to appropriately lift the spirit of his team and provide, with example, a great service.

I am pretty sure this is my first time leaving a review online, but there were these baristas that just stranded out. There was this little girl working in this location a couple of days ago, her name tag said “Baby Goat Mila” To be honest I wanted to take a picture because I found it adorable, but of course I didn’t. I noticed she would do this thing with her right hand after every costumer was done as a way so say “Good bye” and I asked her what was that and then she was “Oh, it’s half a heart, you got the other half” Extremely cute, who raised this kid?! Secondly, the drinks were fantastic, I was never really a big fan of Starbucks but this location made me change my mind about it… Also, there was this another barista, I don’t remember her name but she made our drinks, I tried to read her name tag: I am not sure if it was Katy or Kali, and I don’t know what she did but they were just so tasty I couldn’t resist I went back on line and ordered an extra drink for my dad. Let’s call this barista Katy, she was so fast and efficient, she was cleaning while she was making the drinks, and she was also kind!? Just perfect, I would be fed up… The other baristas were really skilled as well, but those two were the ones that are gonna make me come back. I just remembered there was these another baristas named Josh and if I remember correctly, Claudio, they were soooooo polite, I didn’t really get to talk to them but they were just doing their jobs perfectly fine, whoever hired these people made a great choice. I just felt like sharing my experience 10/10
