Dairy Queen

Stopped in on Friday for chocolate cone. Out of chocolate icecream. Stopped in on Sunday for a chocolate cone. Out of chocolate ice cream. Asked for slushy.machine is down. O.k. give me a Pepsi, listed on the menu, we dont sell drinks, they (gas station) do. Three strikes you're out. On a very hot, humid Fathers Day weekend.

We have always loved this location, but lately the girls working there have horrible attitudes. Today I stopped with the family for milk shakes, and 2 of them were very watery so when we asked if she could just thicken it up she got very "huffy" and rolled her eyes at me. When her coworker seen the milkshake sitting there and asked what was wrong she replied very snotty..."its to watery" like she was mocking me. She was very unprofessional and her customer service needs improvement. This is the only issue I've ever had at this store.

I have ordered an ice cream cake from this Dairy Queen for 4 years in a row now. This will be the last year that I so much as buy an ice cream cone. I called on Monday to order an chocolate extreme ice cream cake for my daughter’s birthday. The girl asked someone in the background if they could order a cake. After the second girl got on the phone, I was told she didn’t know how to make them so I wouldn’t be able to pick it up until Wednesday after at least 1:30pm. I needed it Tuesday by 5pm. I call Wednesday at 5:30pm to make sure it was ready. And I was told there was no cake order and no cake in the freezer. After calling the owner and calling me back, told me it was on the order pad for May 7th instead of May 1st. She could make it and I could pick it up in an one & 1/2. That being 8pm. Told her no I would pick it up on Thursday instead. When I went to pick I up, two girls were working no one greeted me say hi, nothing . I got the cake out of the freezer the girl rung it up told me the price and stood there. I paid full price for an ice cream cake I had to wait 3 days in. No apologies. Once I got home realized that I paid $29.99 for an ice cream cake that was 1/2 the thickness of any others I have every bought there. Look like a single layer cake. Seriously!!!!!

I was refused service ten minutes before closing. To add... The African Americans before me were served. The closing sign was put up in my friends face as he stood there. I asked the worker standing in the back if I could place the order. She shook her head no. It's pretty bad to feel like it was a race issue. I'm highly upset and will never come back to this location. Customer service is very important. This was totally uncalled for.

We are in Supply from out of town on vacation for my daughters 10th birthday. We requested a last minute unicorn birthday cake and the staff at this DQ were more than accommodating. The unicorn mane decorations they put on the cake were great, matched our topper and were more than what we expected. The entire staff was welcoming and thoughtful of our needs. The great customer service was very appreciated and made the birthday girl very happy.
