Dunkin'

I don't know what it is about this place but something is off. I have never been to a Dunkin that asks you to pull into the parking lot for a single coffee order as often as this place does. Waited 13 minutes from the time I payed at the window to the time they brought my drink out. There was only 1 car ahead of me in the line and nobody behind me when I ordered. Either their training is just so poor the employees don't know better, or they don't actually care to work somewhat hard or efficient. I work across the street, but will now drive across town to get my coffee.

Not enough powder in hot chocolate, always out of flavors for syrups, donuts were dry (why don’t they have a cover for them??) coffee was hardly filled, when I got to window they forgot my donuts, and the person at the window didn’t say a word to me. Sometimes the coffee is on point and the customer service is great but it’s so inconsistent that I never know what I’m going to get.

I would really appreciate it if this dunkin started using the delivery bags supplied for dashers due to Covid. Covid isn’t over yet and I shouldn’t have to face consequences in my job and MY ratings just because staff is too lazy to take an extra second to bag items better. The quality of food reflects poorly on you guys as well so you’d think it would be a priority. When I asked the worker about the bags she was extremely rude to me and completely dismissed me! and there’s other dashers with the same complaints! I will also be filling a complaint with corporate because this isn’t the first time this has happened to me.

The service and coffee where great. But im docking a star because of the confusion it seemed the workers where having. They all just kept reffering to each other as Jason. They took my order as Jason. The one who cashed me was Jason. The one who gave me my coffee and sandwich where Jason. All three men there was jason and it was very confusing

When I have stopped into this place, the employees seem very unhappy. When I order items most of the time they are sloppily made or I get the wrong things. I hadn't gone in a while and this morning when I got an iced coffee with cream they literally put ice and cream in the cup and no coffee. I'm done.
