MUSA is an amazing employee at Dunkin’ Donuts on Oakland Blvd and Hiatus, for a long time I thought she was the owner because of her caring and welcoming person towards the customers!!!
Besides she prepares the BEST COFFEE!!!

The ladies are truly amazing here I get here early in the morning and I go threw the drive thru and as soon as I say hello they know exactly who I am and what I want to drink.Great staff..Thank you ladies for all you do.

Love, that as busy as this location was, there was enough staff to handle the long drive thru, mobile orders, and in person guests. Staff was pleasant and, as always, coffee was hot and delicious.

This Dunkin’ store has the best customer service I’ve ever seen from a Dunkin store. All staff are kind (including the managers) and if they accidentally mess up your order, they’ll go out of their way to make it right. I love being a regular and definitely plan on coming back.
