I just finished another lunch visit to this subway. I have notice that over the past year of coming here that they seem to be more concern with speed over quality. Sure I want to get in and get out but I would much rather have a sandwich made to order and be there an extra 5 minutes if that’s what is needed then to be disappointed with the $7.00 I just spent on a poorly made sandwich. Here’s what you get at this Subways and most… Your bread will come pre-smashed because for some reason they need to smash it completely to cut it and spread it open. Then if you order a hot sandwich which I always order a Hot Pastrami they will put cold pastrami on the bread and toast it together in a Microwave toaster. I you are lucky enough to get it toasted completely all the pastrami will get warmed. But here most times its 30 something seconds and ding it’s done. So at this point you have a pre-smashed bread slightly warmed pastrami and I might add that I consistently ask them to please toast it well! Sometime I get it sometimes I don’t. I notice it depends on the lady that is cutting and toast the bread this day. Now comes the produce. Now I order the same thing every time I go. Mayo, mustard, little lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, olives, banana peppers, vinegar /oil and salt and pepper. For the most part you do get what you ask for except for the mayo and mustard adding. For some reason this part here is tough. Sometimes here you never can tell what you are going to get stuck with. Each day is different. And it does not matter how you ask.
Sum it all up this Subway will make you a made to order sandwich the way THEY like. Sorry not satisfied!!

Horrible service
The workers don't speak English and we're very rude and couldn't answer my questions. I usually have amazing experiences with subway but don't come here it's horrible unless if you are Spanish speaking which I'm not.

Food was okay but the staff were rude, unwelcoming, and sloppy. Asked for honey mustard and put mustard and asked for cheddar and gave me American.

girls that were working were very rude and acted like people were bothering them. I will never come here again being that it's very close to my job. terrible service

Customer service is BAD. Did not understand English, speaks Spanish only and could not apply online coupon. Had to wait more time as well. Hence charged less price than usual.

Good subways / parking is nice / English is poor / limited seating / quick service sums it all.

It's kind of annoying they couldn't put more than 8 meatballs in my sub. I am sure that is a corporate policy
