Ordered KFC for myself and my daughter. Only half the food arrived.
Contacted Menulog.
They refused to complete the order.
They refused to give a refund.
They promised a credit for next time.
They lied.
3 months later, credit has still not been granted.
Called menulog back and nobody knows anything about anything.
End result - my daughter went hungry.
This is a scam to steal people’s money, nothing more.
Every single menulog order has been incomplete.

Came on front counter about 20 minutes ago. Was given the new spicy burger instead of original bacon and cheese.
i cannot eat spicy.
Ridiculous how much this kfc messes up my order.
Was not asked what size combo i would like. Nor what drink.
People need to be trained better.

Worst KFC ever. Consistently bad. Burgers are soggy, chicken is dry and the chips are never cooked properly, soggy and under seasoned, sometimes with a slight crunchy texture of uncooked potato which is extremely unpleasant. Furthermore the chip boxes are never filled properly, If you order a large chips you really only get the equivalent of a regular chips. There is a new KFC store opening nearby at Rosenthal later this year, hopefully the food there will be a lot better forcing this store to lift their standards.

You know sometimes you get that craving for KFC?
Drive straight past Sunbury if you do.
Was looking forward to the seldom KFC indulging however was left extremely disappointed.
- Lazy attitude by front counter as if they don't want to be there.
- Burger meal was missing burger????
- Chips were soggy AF and inedible
- Chicken was dry and well over cooked

I don't know if it was supposed to be funny. I ordered 15 pieces of chicken NO BREAST pieces. Well we got breast pieces and not one drum stick.
Well there's plenty of alternatives. No more KFC Sunbury for us.
This isn't the first time we've been disappointed here. But definitely the last.

Now I don't expect every piece in KFC Boxes to be all the larger pieces. Love a wing & a drumstick but when there are 2 lousy drumsticks & 1 wing that is annoying & very, very stingy. I don't know what it is about the Sunbury outlet but there is always, ALWAYS an issue. Poor quality & no pride in what they dish out. Don't bother, Red Rooster it is from now on in Sunbury.
