Twice I said that my burger was the lettuce wrap burger as I’m gluten intolerant. She brought them out and mine was in a bun with a lettuce leaf. I asked her if the bun she has put it in was at least gluten free to which she replied no, well when I read the order back it was all fine - insinuating that my fiancé had got it wrong. I was there and the error was not on our side. She remade it with a side of massive attitude. Not only does the restaurant not contain any other gluten friendly options but to be such an outright cow about it was extremely off putting. People don’t ask to have allergies. Never coming back.

Had a classic burger, chips and buffalo wings with blue cheese for a late lunch. Very nice meal.
The staff were nice, and the meal came out promptly. What more can you want. A+

Food is cooked fresh for delivery, but always quick. I only usually wait 10 minutes to pick up.
Not sure what it tastes like as I only deliver it, but it seems popular and looks delicious.

Disappointing. We ate lunch on Saturday after a friend raved about it. Place wasn't busy, just one group, but there was still quite a wait. The lass taking our order was pleasant and efficient, price for 2 fairly regular (not gourmet) burgers, fries and two softdrinks was $47...) bit much for lunch but we were aware of prices before going. For that money I expected something special, but it wasn't.
Burger was nice, hot fresh and tasty, but fairly small. Fries were OK. The table we sat at was sticky.
When leaving we both thanked the girl who was walking past to clean the front bench and she put her head down and completely ignored us. By now we were the only people in the place so she couldn't think we were talking to someone else. I won't be back 😒

Pretty disappointed in the wait time and the onion rings being overcooked, sent the onion rings back to then have them still overcooked, all batter and barely tasted the onion.
On a good note, the Spicy beef burger was nice but my friends chicken burger wasn't (over cooked chicken)

Partner and I just tried for the first time and it is so good. The shake was so thick and creamy, the fries were amazing with the cheese sauce and the burgers were so fresh and delicious.
Really happy with this place as Best Burger hasn't been great the last few times we've had it.

A great place to get yourself a freshly cooked burger, hot dog or fries. I had the dirty fries, which were delicious. The Mrs had the veggie burger, which she rated 5 out of 5. She also enjoyed a gay time milk shake, which was almost a meal in itself. The owner should be congratulated, taking time to ask customers how their meal is.
You can also get beer on tap here; awesome!
I would recommend this place, and as Arnie said, I'll be back 😉

My partner and I ate here on a Friday night at around 7pm. I ordered the veg out burger and my partner ordered the double burger. We also ordered a large side of chips and a mars bar shake. The atmosphere was fantastic, they had great music in the background and the food was quick and delicious. We will definitely be going back.

Overall a pleasant experience. I ordered the double burger without mustard, regular beer batter fries and a coke. Price is consistent with other competitors. The burger was a decent size. The fries needed a bit more seasoning or maybe I should have ordered sauce.<br/>I'll be back to try some of their other burgers, hotdogs and shakes.<br/>

Ordered the meaty burger. The patty was very overcooked, bacon overcooked, and the ingredients were generally terrible. But plenty of barbecue sauce, yay I guess. It was like macdonalds. <br/><br/>Also ordered the cheese and bacon dirty fries. Fries contained under-cooked potato and overcooked, very hard, bacon bits. <br/><br/>The staff were pleasant and genial. The wait was reasonable, no problems there. <br/><br/>$20.50 for sub par meal on 25/5/19, Saturday night.<br/><br/>I gave this place 5 star about a year ago. It was, without hyperbole, VERY good back then. It had a high standard with well cooked meat patties: both thick and juicy. In recent months it has suffered in quality. Tonight, it seemed like there was plenty of staff there and it was not flat out but so-so busy. <br/><br/>I do know that it's ridiculously easy to make a burger with pre made everything, fry up some chips out of a box and squeeze some cheez whiz on em for 20 - 25 bucks. I just wish you'd cook it properly.

So so tasty. Juicy rich beef burgers and crispy tangy chips. I haven't tried the chicken myself but hear it's great. But book online with plenty of time ahead... Service is slooooow. I can't give it 5* even though the taste is worth it, because Ive been waiting for 45 minutes. Needs more staff.

Very friendly staff. Burgers were moist, lots of sauce, delicious. Milkshakes were flavour packed, lovely. Chips with cheese sauce and bacon were tasty. All in all a great experience. Kid friendly. Recommend

Ordered the Meaty burger and dirty fries. Burgers were a perfect size and had great balance of meat, salad and bread. Meat patty was juicy and flavoursome, I enjoyed their special B2B sauce. The bun remained intact and did not go soggy. The dirty fries were awesome, the flavours all complimented each other well. Only let down was that the chips were soggy and kept falling apart. Customer service was friendly and efficient. Overall, a great experience. Will definitely come back!

One of my favourite burger places in Melbourne. It is good to see venue number 2 up and running. Domination of the west! Both the beef and fried chicken are top quality as well as the loaded fries. My go to burger around the area.

WARNING: Not for Vegans! <br/>Although, the menu may consist of burgers, fries and shakes, the food is bursting with flavour and exudes comfort. The Classic Burger is the almost perfect take on a cheeseburger, just requires the tang of a nice pickle. I am not the biggest fan of red meat, but this patty was perfectly peppery and cooked well. <br/>Now, the showstopper is the smorgasbord of loaded fries. These are most definitely not for the faint-hearted. Chilli-Cheese fries are the go to snack and perfect for sharing, or a meal in itself. Yet, the menu lacked a variety of meals for those gluten intolerant, vegetarian or vegan, which is odd for the twenty-first century. <br/>The Service was delightful, with speedy ordering to eating ratio. The store itself is a quaint establishment, furnished simply, hidden in the back streets of Sunbury. Perfect for a lunch date. <br/>Between 2 Buns is a carnivores delight, but a vegan's worst nightmare.

After being knocked back by a closed Best Burger Bar, I toddled down to B2B to see what was on offer. After explaining that i cant eat sesame seed buns (allergies, sheesh) the team worked hard on a solution that quite frankly, came up a winner.<br/><br/>Ordered the Double and some Dirty Fries to share an they were both awesome. The chilli on the fries was amazing and the burger was all parts super. Crispy bacon, cheese, meaty patty and crisp lettuce on a bun all blended to a quality finish for the palate.<br/><br/>Fries were a treat!<br/>Sunbury locals and knock-ins, get in here!

Yuk!!! Worse than McDonalds. Went there tonight saying I was here to try the food for the first time. Chips were soggy and luke warm. Burger was horrible American style with lots of sauces on a sugar bun. Won't be back there again. What a disappointment. You'd think if they knew your a new customer they'd at least supply freshly cooked chips. 😩
