Bob Evans

Order food for pickup on the way home for work . Now I have been to Bob Evans in along time like 10+yrs . I've never pickup there food for a store. I will say I was kinda disappointed with the serving size . The food was good don't get me wrong the service was good pull up call the number on the sign food was brought to the car. I just thought the size of the meal for the price was lacking. Other than that I have no complaints

ZERO STARS! We sat for 20 minutes before even being asked what we wanted to drink. In fact we weren't asked....I had to flag someone down. We could see servers standing & talking. Unacceptable. After 20 more minutes, we walked out & went across the highway to Cracker Barrel & were in and out in 30 minutes (after eating a delicious meal). 40 minutes spent in Bob Evans WITHOUT EVEN ORDERING. Shameful. No more Bob Evans.

We came into this location and waited 5 minutes at the hostess stand. In that time, no one acknowledged us. The manager kept helping customers who came in after we did and took a phone call. I totally empathize with being busy and short staffed but it takes no effort to say, “Be right with you!” Or “Sorry for the wait!” We took that as an indication of what the rest of our visit would be like and decided to come to Cracker Barrel instead. They were much busier but sat and served us right away. Maybe pay people a living wage and you won’t be so understaffed.
