Cook Out

I know times are hard but this is ridiculous. The last 3-4 times we have come to this cookout, the amount of food we get in our order keeps getting smaller and smaller. And tonight is the worst one yet. We ordered a Chicken quesadilla tray with extra sauce on the quesadillas, and a double order of white cheddar bites for the side. As you can see from the pictures there is no sauce on the quesadillas and hardly any chicken. And the amount of white cheddar bites we got is the same as what we would get with a single order. This is ridiculous, the drive thru attendant was great but whoever is working the kitchen needs to either be retrained or let go because this is terrible.

Went by on Saturday July 2nd to get my granddaughter a milkshake. Waited in line 16 minutes! When I got to window and asked how I was I said I was better before I waited 16 minutes for a milkshake! She never said I am sorry, we are busy.... just got an attitude with me! Was a very poor representative of Cook Out. Won't be back to that cook out!

Two stars due to service! If you're the owner of this burger joint, do yourself a favor and randomly go through the drive-thru like you're just a normal customer on their lunch break. I love cookout, the food is usually on point, as it was this time, but some of your employees, I'm sure will do their job to the best of their ability if you're looking over their shoulder, the minute they're not being watched they don't care. Also, you can barely hear over the intercom speaker, which makes communication extremely difficult to begin with.

If I had gotten what I ordered this would be a Great place to eat!!! BUT because they can't take an order right & make sure it's right & you can't go in to show them the mess they made to remake the right meal, we probably won't go again!!! Now the meat was good and fresh past that it's a horrible place for fast food!! Don't bother going, don't waste your money!!!!!

It was amazing! I wasn't gone visit because of the reviews but I did anyway. The line was long so I knew people liked it & it moved fast! We ordered a Jr plate 2 corn dogs with, fries, cheese bits & butterfinger shake. My fiance ordered the BLT Jr plate with cheese bites, fries, and coke. 13$ total. It was hot & fresh. So worth the price & they had alot of variety on the menu! I'd just give it a try if you skeptical! No pictures unfortunately. The shake was super thick & u can taste the butterfinger bits. Just use the spoon they give because I was struggling with the shake lol but I'd rather a thick shake than a milky shake.
